The Malting has limited Car Parking, but within Farnham there are a number of Car Parks within a few minutes walk of The Maltings. All are Pay and Display on Saturday, including the Maltings own car park, and FREE on Sunday. Waggons Yard is the nearest and is a large car park - access to the Maltings is via a footbridge and less than a five minute walk.
Farnham railway station is approximately a 10 minute walk from the Maltings. There are direct trains from London Waterloo (1 hour away) and Clapham Junction and also trains from Aldershot, Alton, Woking & Surbiton.
Andy has walked many times from the Station to the Maltings, it's about 600 metres in all and takes him around 10mins. He's a reasonably fit 65 year old. If you go by most of the maps you have to walk into Town and then follow the signs to the Malting's, which is about double the distance and time.
When you come out of the Station, walk straight down that road (marked B3001 Waverley Lane) until you come to the A31. You cross straight over the A31.
You walk about 5 metres and look to your left and you will see a cul de sac it's marked Abbey Street on the map. (Not sure if you see a Street name at that end of it) You walk the length of it and the Malting's is straight in front of you. That is the back of the building but you can go to your left or right and it takes you round to the front entrance, no more than 25-30 metres.
I don't drive and get around by public transport so if any of the above is unclear, don't hesitate to get in touch if you'd like more help or info.
