We are excited to be able to bring our cancelled show directly into your living room.

All of the artists listed in our Online Show and shop area are exhibitors that would have been seen at this year’s show. The ceramic items listed as part of this show are exclusively available on the Art in Clay website and we act as a facilitator so that you are able to buy these items.

If you are interested in purchasing any of the items displayed then just add them to your basket and follow the check out procedure. Payment will be made using worldpay.

Once payment has been received exhibitors will be notified of the purchase and the item will then be dispatched, please allow up to 14 days to receive your item.

Overseas Buyers
If you are outside the UK and wish to purchase an item please proceed as mentioned above and then the relevant exhibitor will be in touch to confirm the additional shipping cost.

Once you have purchased your item your details will be forwarded onto the exhibitor including confirmation of your payment.

As mentioned above if you are outside of the UK there will be an additional shipping cost which the exhibitor will confirm with you directly.

Exhibitors will then aim to get your item dispatched and delivered to you within 14 days of the purchase.

Art in Clay recommend that the exhibitor ensures they obtain delivery insurance to cover any damages during transport of the product, Art in Clay is not liable for any damage during delivery.

In accordance with customer consumer rights, customers have 14 days after receiving the goods in which you can notify Art in Clay that you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund. Please email info@artinclay.co.uk or call 01782 271200.

The refund will be made (by the exhibitor as AIC is a facilitator of the sale) when the work has been returned to the exhibitor undamaged.

The product sale, delivery, return & refund is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor and they must ensure that the product is dispatched and that the purchaser receives the goods within 14 days. Art In Clay will not be made liable.
