Ben Fosker

My ceramic work is rooted in the tradition of English slipware but also incorporates many intertextual influences. I see the objects that I make to be a poetic interpretation of these influences.
However my major concern is to communicate the energy of that magical quality that I experienced as a child.
Many people say that my work makes them smile and this pleases me.
