Kerry Hastings

Two bodies of work: stoneware sculptural coil built vessels decorated with slips and engobes and new work which has been in development over lockdown. An opportunity to steer a new direction creating abstract sculptures that have dynamic; defying a single perspective they push and move and grow into space. I am interested in how memory is triggered and how sculpture can do that.
