Amberlea creates unique tactile pieces that translate carved plaster surfaces into sharp geometric ceramic forms. Her contemporary vessels bridge past and present by subverting traditional techniques with modern designs. Her training with Master craftsmen in India and Morocco has exposed her to the crumbling madrassas and mosques which has led her to develop her unique voice within the ceramic’s world.
