Kyra Mihailovic
My work in high-fired stoneware and porcelain explores form, colour and
pattern to create relatively small-scale work with a strong visual impact
that may provoke pleasure when viewed and practicality and durability
when used. My ceramics are hand-thrown and turned on the wheel, are
individually hand painted before biscuit firing and are glazed internally
before a second higher firing.
