Rob Sollis
Rob Sollis originally started working as a member of the Dartington Pottery Workshop in 1984. This allowed Rob to develop his unique Raku style, which is a spectacular and unpredictable process which involves snatching the pots from the kiln while they are still red hot and plunging them into sawdust. The sudden burst of flame and smoke imparts a characteristically beautiful finish, each pot is unique and impossible to copy.
